Smiles,
Laughter and fun;
A hope from sadness
Floating there;
A shield from anger
Sometimes too much;
A tear drops from my eye
Trying to wipe it off my cheek:
A on and off feeling
Skipping through medows;
Stumbling through sticks;
Scratching and poking
A warm fealing, welling up inside;
Singing,
Music,
Memories bubbling up,
Wanting to pause the moment;
Happiness
Inside my heart,
Free.
